My sweeties and I will be celebrating Grandparents Day tomorrow with a fun brunch, shopping with the Grands at the Book Fair, and dismissal at noon to go home and play with Grandma and Grandpa. :) My kiddies are beyond excited. Today they traced their own hands and cut out their handprints to make these fun cards inspired by something I saw on Pinterest (but couldn't find the link/source for).
I've included the heart pattern and the poem template as a freebie on TPT. I've also included a fun little page your kiddos can complete to give to their grands:
You can snag the packet {HERE}. Please be kind and leave feedback!
Don't forget to enter my HU-MONG-OUS giveaway that ends in a few days. There are tons of fabulous TPT and Etsy goodies up for grabs. And, don't stop at the first prize pack. There are five fabulous prize packs in all! So be sure to scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the giveaway post! Go get busy entering by clicking {HERE}!
Thanks so much for sharing your awesome Grandparents Day activities. I hope to use them this school year:)
