Beanie Books

I'm so excited about this week in Blogland.  Today, I'd love to share a fun freebie with you.  I'm creating Beanie Books to share with my students this Fall.  These will be journals that correspond with a beanie baby and have matching books included.  For instance, the puppy beanie will include a dog journal cover, a fictional dog book and a nonfiction dog book.  Students will take the packet home for the weekend, read the books to their beanie (and parents) and then write about their weekend together in the journal.  I've included lots of different journal options and even an editable cover so you can add the animal you need to add!
Download it {HERE!}  Please leave some feedback.  :)

There are actually 25 different covers, so here is a small sample.  I've also included two different types of handwriting lines.

 Enjoy! :)
Now, on to the rest of my bloggy week...
Tomorrow I'll be linking up with my bloggy bff Leigh on her Apple a Day Linky Party....you can link up now by clicking {HERE}!

 Then, on Wednesday, I'll be adding the second installment of my  Ten Pin Linky Party.  I loved the feedback and participation...y'all made me so excited!  This week's topic will be Classroom Management, so get started working on your post!  You can link up starting Wednesday! :)  If you missed last week's link up on Classroom Decor, it's not too late to join in.  Check it out {HERE!}

Happy week, friends!

  2. These are super cute. I did a similar thing this year, with our class mascot - an eagle. But I know the kids would love it if we had several animals going home instead of just one!
