"Owl" About First Grade!

We had a half day today (YAY!!!) since we finished the ITBS yesterday and have Spring Break next week.  So, I brought out this little craftivity that I recently uploaded to TPT.  I copied the templates on lots of colors of paper and let the kiddos mix and match paper to make their owls.  Then, they completed an "Owl" About First Grade Poster and a writing assignment.  They LOVED it!  They had a blast.  And, how I could I not feel loved by reading some of their responses? :)
