I am soooo frustrated with my computer. I've got pictures and ideas to share and my computer is ridiculously slow! The internet kicks off before pictures load on facebook or the blog. The computer is getting slower and slower and slower. :( I think I'm going to have to use my TPT earnings this quarter to buy a new computer!
In other news, I am currently working on a general Author Study notebook that can be implemented with my Author Studies or any author you choose to study. What I'm wondering is, what authors do y'all love to study? I have units either already done or currently being edited for Marc Brown, Kevin Henkes, and Robert Munsch. I'm also 75% done with a Peggy Parrish author study (on paper...haven't started on powerpoint yet). But, I need y'all to suggest some other authors for K-3. Please comment below with your suggestion, and I'll give choose a random winner to win a copy of my Kevin Henkes Unit. I'll choose the winner on Wednesday. Thanks y'all! (New computer suggestions are also welcome...lol!)
P.S. I also have my Leprechaun Trap file on sale for $1 (regularly $2). Even if you've already sent your assignment home for this year, there are two super-cute original poems (by moi!) and some extension activities included. Or, you could just snag it for next year! :)
I'd love a Tommie de Paola Unit
