November Home Decor: Designing on a Dime

I love decorating my mantle as the seasons change.  It's the central feature as you enter our home and our living room so I love making it stand out.  But let's face it...there isn't always a ton of extra money in the month to splurge on expensive decor items.  So I enjoy scouring Pinterest for free printables and unique ideas to make the perfect vignette.

This "Thankful and Blessed" printable is bold and colorful...and I love its message.  You can grab this print for FREE at Eighteen25.  I loved this simple, rustic frame from Walmart ($10) and plan to change out the printable monthly.  I also found the white plastic pumpkin at Walmart for $5.  The gold quatrefoil hurricane is from Hobby Lobby.  I scored it for $15.  I've had the tall candlesticks for YEARS.  They're a mainstay on my mantle.

I made this fun "GRATEFUL" banner as a pdf file. Grab it for FREE here!  Simply print on white card stock, cut out, and clip to form a banner.  I used neutral textured digital paper for the background and glittery gold letters.  The small wire basket is from Hobby Lobby.  It was on sale for around $8.  I filled it with mini pumpkins left over from Halloween and Indian corn from the grocery store.  The rustic pot with a silk fern in the middle is from Hobby Lobby as well.  It was on sale for $5.

Lastly, I created this "Happy Fall Y'all" print and placed it in another rustic frame from Walmart.  I love the simplicity of this print!  You can grab this print for free HERE!
