Now that that's out of the way, I chose a random number and the winner of my Audrey Wood Author Study and Author Study Notebook is Kim Collatos.  Kim, I have emailed you your goodies and hope you enjoy them!

Now, on to the fun stuff...

This week we're linking up to share our 10 favorite Pinterest Pins related to math ideas.  I hope this post will inspire you to step up your math game this coming school year.  Click on a pin to view it on pinterest so you can pin it, too!  Here are my favorite pins:

Who doesn't love everything Lindsey comes up with?  I love this Math focus wall by The Teacher Wife.  I love the thought of changing it out based on your unit of study.

Love, love, love Cara Carroll's Even Steven and Odd Todd anchor charts.  I recreated these this year in my classroom and they were a big hit.  We even made up some even and odd cheers, and the kiddos had even and odd numbers down pat in no time!

I hate to toot my own horn, but I worked really hard on a problem solving unit last year and it really helped my kiddos!  By the end of the year, they were master problem solvers who had a ton of strategies int heir tool belt.  Gonna start this one earlier in the year this year! :)

How adorable is Miss Poly Gon for teaching shapes?  I love the thought of giving the kids shape cut outs and letting them design and label their own shape characters.
