It's May! We're getting ready to BLAST OFF to second grade!

I can't believe my babies are about to be second graders.  *sniff*

They keep telling me they don't want to leave me, and I truthfully don't want them to.  They are precious...very smart and sweet.  I posted this pic on my Facebook page, so some of you may have already seen it, but look at two of my littles during prayer time this week.  We have Bible study and prayer every morning, and I had to sneak to my desk to take their picture when I saw this precious sight:

I told you they were sweeties.  This picture is especially special to me on the National Day of Prayer today.  I pray for our nation and our nation's children.

I whipped up a little end of the year craft and reflection activity that we'll be doing in a few weeks.  I've included cover pages for 1st through 6th grade so that it's suitable for K-5th grade students to do.  (Blast off to ____ grade!)

Here are some pics of the sample I completed using a pic of my daughter (who is only in Pre-K....I just needed a kiddie face for the astronaut). ;)

You assemble the pages Blast Off Style (10,9,8,7, etc.) and since the reflection pages are only 1/2 page, it's pretty good on paper, too!

It's $4.50 in my shop but it'll be on sale for $3.50 for a few days.  I'm also giving one away on my facebook page, so go there for details! It includes everything pictured below plus the templates/tracers for the rocket (and a Blast Off to 6th Grade cover not pictured). Click below to check it out at TPT:

Now, head over to {Facebook} to find out how you can win a copy!

  2. I adore your prayer picture! So sweet! I sure wish I taught at a Christian school... I would love to lead Bible studies and pray with my students! Your Blast Off pack is adorable, by the way!
