Me on the Map Project

First, a few pictures of my baby girl!  This is my daughter Morgan (in the middle).  She will be 4 on Aug. 30th.  These are two of the fifth graders at my school who "babysit" her in the mornings before school starts.  :)

Morgan sang at her friend Bo's memorial service.  Bo went to Heaven after battling Medulloblastoma for 2 years.  Her shirt is one of his trademark shirts that says "Be Strong" on the front and "Be Bo Strong" on the back.  She sang "Jesus Loves Me"...and what a blessing that was!

Whew!  It is quite difficult to blog while teaching, isn't it?  It was so much easier to post regularly during the Summer.  LOL!  I have posted a new product on TPT.  It's a Me on the Map project!  Please check it out below.  My kids loved it and learned a lot about their place in the world and on the map.  I will give away two copies of this on Wednesday, so please leave a comment below if you like the product and want a chance to win it!  I will post later in the week with a freebie, too, so check back!!  (Download the free preview at TPT to see pictures of the product.  I was having trouble getting pics loaded on here!)

  3. I love this project! I find that my third grade students still struggle with this concept. Some of them think that some countries are states. My kiddos would definitely benefit from this project!
